Geeta N. Pande Director, F.C.A
A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Geeta founded Auroma in 2006.
After graduating in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai, she took up articleship at Price Waterhouse and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991.
Thereafter, she worked with KPMG and A. F. Ferguson & Co. (now Deloitte) in the Assurance practice.
During the course of her training and post qualification experience, Geeta has gained exposure to a broad range of multinational companies, banks and blue chip
Indian corporates. She has also been a trainer for the Mutual Fund industry.
Geeta has been the driving force behind Auroma's initiatives in areas of accounting services to SMEs, payroll processing and assisting start up ventures.

Niraj Pande Director, F.C.A (Eng & Wales) (India)
Niraj is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
After graduating in Economics from Delhi University, Niraj was based in the U.K. for more than eight years,
where he trained with a six partner firm of Chartered Accountants, gaining exposure in audit, accountancy, tax and
business advisory services across a wide spectrum of small and medium sized businesses.
On returning to India after qualification, he joined A. F. Ferguson & Co. (now Deloitte) in the Assurance practice at Mumbai.
Thereafter, he moved to industry first joining Hawkins Cookers Limited, where he spent ten years as a key member of the core
management team, and subsequently a Fortune 100 US multinational as Director, Financial Controller.
He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

R. Ravindranath Principal, A.C.A, DISA
Ravindranath is a Chartered Accountant and holds a diploma in Information Systems audit.
After graduating in Commerce from Mumbai University, Ravindranath articled with Deloitte at Mumbai to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 2012.
His exposure to large Indian companies and multinationals have only further honed his skills in accounting systems, processes and internal controls.

What's in a name?
Well, for us everything. The name Auroma is derived from "Auro", which comes from Sri Aurobindo and "Ma" from the Divine Mother of Pondicherry. It is our endeavour to be eternally guided by their inspiration.
